The District is mandated to provide services for people living in the communities of Alta Sierra, Bela Vista, Bodfish, Caliente, Canebrake, Claraville, Havilah, Kernvale, Kernville, Keysville, Lake Isabella, Mt. Mesa, Onyx, Riverkern, South Lake, Squirrel Valley, Weldon, and Wofford Heights.
